Kadie does offer payment plans for VTuber Models. Here is an example of a payment plan for a full body Live2D Model at the base price of $800.

The initial 10% deposit is nonrefundable.An optional fee of 2.99% + $0.30 can be added. This just means that Kadie is able to recieve the payment without deductions -- but it is completely up to you!Other payment plans can be discussed, please contact Kadie before commissioning for a smooth process.Work will only progress after the payment is made. This means that if a sketch is approved, but the first payment is not met, Kadie cannot begin the lineart and base colouring. Delays in payment may cause project delays, and in severe cases, rescheduling, or a cancellation of service.For any more questions, please feel free to ask Kadie directly!

LIVE2D Terms Of ServiceCommission ProcessThe process is outlined in the following steps.1. Client provides a reference sheet and detailed description of desired model or add-ons.2. Client will be provided a cost quote based on the request.3. Depending on the queue, the request may not be immediately processed and may be placed on a waiting list.4. To be placed on the waiting list the client must pay 10% of the full model cost to ensure their place in the waiting list (this is to ensure that the client is 100% sure in commissioning Kadie).5. When the queue opens up, the client will be sent an invoice with no due date and no amount limit. The client can pay as little as $1 but Kadie will not begin working on the model until at least 50% of the invoice is paid.6. Kadie will begin working on your commission. WIPS and updates will be sent through Discord or X direct messages.7. Once the invoice is fully paid, all files will be sent to the client.Payment Terms◦ Payments are accepted in US dollars (USD) via Paypal invoicing services.◦ All Prices are determined based upon the complexity and requirements of the commission. Prices will be discussed and confirmed before any work begins.◦ A non-refundable waiting list of 10% is required upfront to secure the commission slot.◦ Model will not begin until 50% of the invoice is paid and model files will not be delivered unless the invoice is fully paid.Revisions◦ There is no limit to revisions in the sketch stage. Once the model is being rendered, the client is subject to 3 free major revisions. After the third, a $10+ fee will be paid.◦ Once the model has already been confirmed and delivered, any changes after will require an additional payment.Client Responsibilities◦ Clients are required to provide precise and detailed descriptions of their requirements, along with any relevant reference materials needed for the commission.◦ Clients should provide prompt feedback during revision stages to maintain smooth project progress.◦ Clients must stay responsive throughout the process. If there is no communication for more than 14 days, the commission may be rescheduled to a later slot. Continued lack of communication may result in the termination of the Commission Agreement.Artist's Rights and Responsibilities◦ Kadie reserves the right to decline commissions that are inappropriate or beyond her expertise.◦ Kadie can showcase the commissioned artwork in her portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials.◦ Any confidential information provided by the client will remain private and will not be disclosed without prior consent.Cancellation and Refund Policy◦ If the client cancels after paying the initial deposit of 10%, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations are not allowed once sketching has begun, except in exceptional cases. If so, a cancellation fee of 20% may incur.◦ If Kadie must cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund.◦ If an illegitimate chargeback is filed against Kadie, the client forfeits all rights and ownership of the commission -- thus cancelling the commission as a whole. Kadie may use, modify, or resell any part of the commission unless the chargeback dispute is resolved in her favor.Usage Rights and RestrictionsCommercial Use: The model may be used for streaming and content creation. Any other commercial use of the model’s artwork must be discussed separately and may require an additional commission fee.Resale and Modification: Clients may resell models created by Kadie -- but cannot sell any higher than the original price. Any modifications or add-ons made by another artist require Kadie's approval.Usage Restrictions: Clients may not trace, modify using AI, distribute, sell, or reproduce any part of the original commission files.Rush Commissions- Model commissions do not have a set deadline and may take from 3-9 months to complete. This timeframe may be affected and delayed due to unforeseeable reasons. Be ensured that any situations in Kadie's personal life that may delay the deadline of your commission will be communicated.- Rush commissions can be requested for 2x the full model cost. This earliest the model can be completed is within 2 month. If a client requests a shorter timeframe, Kadie will have the right to deny the rush request.By commissioning Kadie, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
